Mailing lists
If you sign up to supporter email lists you provide your consent to allow us to use your email address to contact you with news and information about the campaign and events organised by and/or relavent to the GCOMS UK campaign. The GCOMS UK mailing list is managed via MailChimp a popular online marketing platform, no data is ever exported from the this platform, processed or otherwise retained by GCOMS UK. We never share any mailing list membership data with any other third party, including GCOMS UK Supporting Organisations. You can withdraw your consent and remove yourself from our email lists at any time. Every email includes a link which enables you to remove yourself from the email list permanently.

We have disabled ‘cookies’ to ensure that we never place any form of tracker on your device.
Donations
We use Donorbox to process all donations, they act as the data holder for any personal information you provide in order to process the transaction. This does not include your payment details. For more information see Donorbox’s Privacy Policy.
Analytics and your privacy
As a network we are concerned about user privacy and in particular the centralisation of information about browsing activity in the hands of big data firms. For this reason we use Matomo an open-source alternative to Google analytics, which means data about your visit is never passed to third parties.
You may choose to prevent this website from aggregating and analyzing the actions you take here. Doing so will protect your privacy, but will also prevent the owner from learning from your actions and creating a better experience for you and other users.
