News is still coming in of GDAMS events.  Hundreds of our postcards were given out, hundreds voted in our ballot.

So far we know that stalls, leafleting, campaigning took place in : Liverpool  Dorchester, Leeds, Hebden Bridge, Keighley
London x 3, Coventry, Edinburgh, Oxford, Abingdon, Kingston, Menwith Hill, Wimbourne, Worthing, Nailsworth, Huddersfield, Swanwick (QPSW conf).

In Edinburgh they made strong connections to the Arms Trade.  In Abingdon they displayed a Wind Turbine.

In  Coventry the ‘Binned Trident’.  In Dorset they shared ‘have a heart’ biscuits while inviting people to Vote for a Safer World. At Menwith they greeted workers entering the RAF base for work that morning.  In London Pax Christi  engaged with  families and travellers outside Kings Cross station. MEDACT carried out the vote at St Thomas’ Hospital.  Friends House Cafe  in Euston hosted a Vote for Peace Stall for two days.
